Paradise for Life is a unique program available for free to all of our patients after they are discharged. Patients are automatically enrolled in this program. We believe this enhances our services and is another way to treat the whole person and not just the illness.

Continuum of care is vital for a positive, successful overall outcome of care. We send regular correspondence and offer assistance with non-medical issues as well. It is not uncommon for someone with a scheduled knee replacement surgery to have difficulty walking a dog for a few weeks or keeping up with the lawn care. We will work with all patients to find quality, bonded and insured companies to assist in those situations.
